i recently sold my bose life styles to buy a 901 also by bose but i have had the lifestyles 30 for 3 years and never once have had a problem with it the base on it is great no matter how loud you put it there will be no distorsion and the speakers are so small but the sound that comes out of them is maxun opus this is good for a room atleast 15 by 20 if any smaller they will not sound right they might sound like a lot of money but you deffinitly get what you pay for.
