Pros: Compact size, great sound, full logic controls, functional remote, timer
Cons: CD changer can be noisy
The Bottom Line: If you're in the market for a desktop mini-system with multi-CD changer, definitely look into this one.

For less than $200, this baby really packs it in. First of all, the sound is great. The 6 preset EQ's give great sound options to work with and the power is enough to blast in a small apartment without the neighbors complaining too much.
Best features are the full logic controls, which means you just hit the CD button or the tuner button and that feature powers on... no need to needlessly hit the unit power on first. The clock/timer feature allows you to use the unit as an alarm clock, or set a power-off timer, or record radio shows at any programmed time. And the auto-reverse deck allows you to record continuously up to 90-120 minutes.
I've had this for over a year, no problems. The CD has never skipped and everything's sounding great. The CD changer trays can be noisy when changing, and makes CD shuffle play kinda annoying... that's my only beef with this system.
It has 30FM/15AM presets, which believe me, is more than enough even in metropolitan areas. Tuner has good clear reception of most all stations that other similar systems pick up.
The remote control operates all necessary functions. This system is not a portable system, however. The speakers do not attach to the main system and there is no carrying handle.
But for what this is -- an inexpensive mini component system -- it's a good lil' system.
