Pros: reliable, fast rewind/forward, loads of features

I have been owning a JVC VCR for about three years already before I bought a brand new one. That brand new VCR is the one I am reviewing right now. Since I have been a JVC customer for the last three years, I was expecting this VCR to be as reliable as my old one, and it is. Very fast rewind and forward action speeds. The quality of the picture is pleasing to the eye and the display or design is fantastic. It has all the features that are standard today, for example, slow picture; timer; auto-tracking; etc. One characteristic that I dislike about this VCR, is its remote layout and the noise that it creates while operating. Other than those two negatives, this VCR is recommended.
