I recentlly purchased 2 of these units, and I think they were a great buy. They have everything you need for recording and in stereo too. I got mine at Walmart and paid $129.98. For the money I couldn't find a better buy. The on screen display is simple and easy to follow. I'm not real wild about the universal remote though. I would prefer it to be smaller and not universal. I noticed that this unit is listed on epinions as a 2 head VCR. It is not it is a 4 head VCR. The body of the unit seems to be durable enough. One thing you might want to keep in mind though is the fact that it has venting holes on the right side, so it will need some clearance space when installing.
