I've owned this VCR since December of 1999 and have had no problems with it. It is extremely easy to use, and has many convenient features. I found it easy to set up - just one cable to connect, and you're set.
This VCR is easy to program, just navigate through a menu using the remote control, and it does all the work. It rewinds quickly, has a large, easy-to-read digital display, and the option of showing the counter display on the screen while you watch a video.
The remote control is also easy to use, and I find that the batteries stay charged for a very long time. I get a lot of use out of my VCR, sometimes watching or recording five videos a day, and the VCR still works as well as it did when it was brand new.
The only problem I have with this VCR is that tracking can be difficult to adjust. There is no tracking button on the remote, and the buttons on the VCR are hard to work with.
