I had been looking for a minidisc player for quite sometime. I currently have a sony mz-r70 recorder, and just recently purchased a sony mz-e55 player. I purchased the player because i needed something smaller,and less expensive(should i happen to drop the recorder I am out 200 bucks)than my recorder. The mz-e55 is just that. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It has a really cool remote, a pretty decent set of headphones, a rechargale battery, and is super small. What more could you ask for in a player. I have to say though the skip protection isn't that great. I tried to run with it and it didn't work out to well. But despite this small annoyance, I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.(Which I have already done) I feel that I got alot of bang for my buck when I bought the sony mz-e55, and i think you will love it too.
