I signed up for Comcast once I bought my house because I thought it was great that I would only recieve one bill for cable, phone and internet. Now, I am thinking of moving, and I DO NOT plan on signing up with comcast once I am in my new house.

The television service is fine. We get the occaisionally disruption of service when the weather is bad, no big deal. However, the internet and phone have caused problems.
Internet: For some reason, ever since we got our internet hooked up, it constantly runs slow. It occaisionally times out altogether, and although I rarely use the computer at home, I pay for cable internet because it is faster than dial up, and I am always in a hurry.
Phone: The phone service has caused problems for us from the start. First of all, since our alarm runs through the phone line, it has been a huge ordeal everytime the cable goes out for some reason, the alarm does not work, and then the guys have to come out and fix it.
I must say though, that I have had a great experience with the workmen. Whenever they give a time slot, I have always had them arrive toward the beginning of the timeslot rather than at the end or not at all!
