A well trained sales rep. dropped by my office one day, holding a brochure and a smile. He was very helpful and accommodating. The quote he gave me was about $100 per month less than what he claimed was "the same services I had with ATT".

So after much consideration, and trust, I gave him the OK. Unfortunately it was nothing like the brochure or the friendly salesman had described. Without going into details, it was a nightmare from start to finish. For starters, they disconnected my old ATT service without any notice. I lost several new voicemail messages. The installer guy was in my small three room office for almost 6 hours. It just gets worse from there, and the salesman didn't return any of my calls for mercy. The first thing they teach their tech support people to say is, "sorry, we can't help you".
This is a VERY basic service that is marketed as "Business Class". What a joke! This service is USELESS for business. It's a basic high speed internet service, nothing more. The deal claims to include voice mail. It does, but only one mailbox is possible, and you have to be a highly trained technician, or speak popeye geek, to set it up. They also throw in cable TV, like we have time to watch TV at work. It's about a one, on a ten scale, in comparison to ATT.
I spent all of one day with Comcast, then called ATT to switch everything back. A VERY costly mistake. Stay away, keep away, don't let the sweet talking salesman take advantage of you like they did me.
