Pros: Triple play is good value, if you get the stuff installed correctly.
Cons: Phone call center staff is just plain ignorant. Field techs are hit and miss.
The Bottom Line: Hold your nose and put up with it for the fast Internet speeds. Otherwise run away and go with a slower connection but better service.

I switched from DSL and POTS and added high speed internet and digital voice to my digital TV subscription. I am Comcast's dream customer...subscribing to the highest end triple play plan.
Things started out bad when they sent a contractor who must have been flipping burgers the prior week to do my "professional installation" of Internet and phone. This guy barely knew how to plug in the modem and was on the phone to his help desk because he didn't know what to do.
Next came the TV issues and calls to Comcast. None of the people on the phone has a clue. Tech comes to the house...does some things... same problem. Next tech comes....does more stuff. Turns out problem was on their end and not in my house and no one had a clue to begin.
Finally when I get my first bill, I realize that my super dooper triple play package actually comes with one of the new high speed plans that requires a DOCSIS 3 modem. The problem is that the terminal adapter the orignial contractor installed was only DOCSIS 2 capable and I'm only getting half the Internet speed I'm paying for each month. I call Comcast....the "support" person I speak to doesn't even know the difference between uploads and downloads and is about as technically knowledgeable as a pot of boiling water. After being transfered, hung up on, and made to repeat the story 10x, I finally get a person who at least understands my issues. He has a tech coming out....maybe it will be solved for good.
