Pros: Digital Cable increased viewing of educational programs.
Cons: No support from customer service.
The Bottom Line: Find another alternative. I was told that I need to take ownership of my cable box, even though I had documentation that I was not in my home.

$800. pay per view bill which customer service feels that I should be responsible for because they say there is no way the movies could have been ordered outside of my home.
Reasoning of the executive office:
I have a two-way system and the only way to be charged is to actually turn to the channel that the movie is being played on and watch the movie.
I explained each time I spoke to someone from cable I was given different ways of accessing and being charged for movies. I also asked if someone could physically cut into my cable wire (outside of my home) and order movies if they also had a cable box.
I was told there is no possible way to tap into my cable wire and the only way to order movies was by the way she explained it to me earlier. But as a courtesy they were willing to remove ˝ of the charges and I would need to pay the remaining balance and to contact my local office to make arrangements.
