We just recently upgraded our cable to the new Comcast Digital Cable. All I can say is wow!! It is really great. There are 7 more HBO's, more educational channels and the sound and picture quality are excellent.
They even have music channels, that don't show videos, they just play music and they have a great variety from Show Tunes to Classical to Punk to just 80's (which is my favorite). There are 29 music channels in all.
If you have regular comcast, I would definetly recommend upgrading. There is an additional cost of $4 per month which for what you receive in return, it is well worth the money.
With all the additional movie channels, you can always find a movie that you would enjoy watching. They have an HBO for just family moveies, action, ect.
In the past few years, Comcast has really broadened there horizons into the cellular phone business, and the internet. I am so impressed with the digital cable, I may even try their internet access. That is about $40 per month which is alittle expensive, but it is not though the phone line, so if you have an additional line like I do, it adds up to be about the same.
