Our area switched from Media General Cable to Cox Communications a little less than a year ago and it has been a nightmare. Our cable goes out ALL the time. I can understand the cable going out during a storm or something but every time a mere cloud passes over...POOF...there goes the cable. If its not the lower 60 channels going out, its the upper 60.

We have called them numerous times. The first time they tried to send someone out, no one showed up, but at least they gave us a $20 credit for that. They are good about reimbursments but it is so frustrating paying for a service we are not getting. When we do actually get the channels, they cut in and out and we get horrible reception. They have been out to our area countless times and never do fix the problem. We are about two steps away from saying bye-bye to Cox and getting Direct TV...we are fed up!!
