Pros: It's the only gig in town
Cons: expensive, slow, unreliable
The Bottom Line: I would and will try to find an alternative. Insight is far too expensive because internet providers and cable services are limited in Louisville.

| novazembla's Full Review: Insight |
Insight is the worst service I've ever had. It is also the most expensive. Problems I've had getting my connection to remain alive is incredible, bordering on ludicrous. Only thing one can depend on with Insight is the monthly bill. And the calls to tech service are a chore. One is forced to listen to Insight commercials - on your own dime if you consider burning up cell phone minutes. Level I Service techs have stood in my home arguing on the phone with their own customer service rep, "I'm telling ya, I'm standing right here and the cable is NOT working!" When the maintenance guy shows up he leaves a tag saying he found nothing wrong - EVEN if the customer is home, the tag will say "sorry we missed you". And buddy, they are gone! Well, my connection has been reliable for a couple weeks now, so s-h-h-h, don't tell anyone; maybe it's a fluke.
Getting all the channels we ordered in the TV package was the same kind of headache - with the added bonus of sitting through bragging commercials of how wonderful Insight is before we got to the screen that informed us that part of our service wasn't working.
