I was with this company for 3 years while I lived in Las Vegas.At first everything was fine u know the setup fee was cool and the total for everything was a little high but I expected it because most of the land is newly developed.Well I was told my bill would range in the 43.00-45.00 depending on weather or not I ordered a movie or two.
Well 1 month later a bill arrived wanting 287.50 and told me I was being disconnected in 3 days!I of course got on the phone and basically was treated like a piece of !@#$.I explained that I had made a deposit already when the cable man arrived.Do you know the cable man stole the darn deposit!We had to go through a mad rush through the house hoping we still had the piece of paper the guy signed with his personal pager # on it for some odd reason.I finally located it and drove to Prime Cable and then they were not even the least bit apologetic.They acted as if nothing happend.
Well I went on my way satisfied I had been declared the honest one.Well hold on to your horses.Do you know my cable went off any way as the previous bill said?Yes they cutt me off and they kept the note from the thieving cable guy!(check this out) I made copies!!!
So I did the same thing over again went down face to face demanded 3 people be in the room and that I wanted names and signatures on who is talking and how this issue is resolved.I got 3 months free cabel.mmm I hardly felt ok but at the time there was no other cable company.There r now.
Recommendation--Do not belive the phone set-up.Get everything in writing and only give money order's(I don't trust handing them a c/c# or check.
BEST ADVISE --Go satlelite
