My husband is in the Navy, so we have lived in several states. Therefore, we have had to deal with many different cable service providers.
Time Warner Cable of San Diego, CA is one of the best providers we have ever had. We have never had an interruption of cable television service in over 1 year. That is unheard of in all other states where we have lived.
They also offer great customer service. We had to move twice before we settled into our house and each time I called to transfer my service, I was treated with respect and in a friendly manner. Many companies I have dealt with lose the fact that we are customers and pay their salaries because we do not have a choice in our cable providers.
The only downfall is that it is a bit expensive. We have basic cable plus one tier and pay over $40.00 per month. In other states we paid about $30.00 for this same service.
