Bought this machine at Menards for a very good price assuming the rebate arrives.  The vacuum has auto height adjusting, telescoping wand built into the handle and a power head attachment.  This Electrolux model also has a two function motor the first is for suction only (ideal for hardwood floors, linoleum and tile) the second engages the brushroll, but only when the handle is inclined- nice safety feature if you are using the extension wand so that the brush roll doesn't spin in one place saving on carpet wear while dusting.  BTW the extension wand ranges from 3-6 ft. with the touch of a button.  The vacuum also has very large rubberized rear wheels for easy mobility on any floor surface!


We have used this vacuum for about a month now typically every other day on a two floor house and amazed at how much dust, pet hair and dirt is picked up.  The bagless model actually encourages our cleaning because we see what was in the carpet and the collection container is easy to empty with the push of a lever and a slight tap in the trash can for the fine dust. 


I expect to use my air compressor (canned air will work too) for thorough cleaning periodically due to the filters and storage canister- similar to maintenance for my shop vacs.  All in all the machine does a very good job.
