This merlot enjoys a depth of flavor, nose and texture that is complex and warm. I am never a fan of merlot's and always shy from them. This product though is something wonderful and should be sought out.

There are complex fruit flavors. It is rich, with hint of chocolate and other heavier scents on the palate. The aroma shows blackberry for certain and other wonderful elements that escape me at the moment.

This merlot escapes the band of mediocrity that merlots tend to fall into. It rises into the region of depth and complexity that I normally researve for Cabernet's, Barolo's and Rioja's.
