Pros:This is a comfortable white wine. The Semillon is what makes this a wonderful choice.
Cons:Short length typical of younger wines.
The Bottom Line: Buy this wine and enjoy it with light dinners, such as fish or chicken. I prefer to enjoy it with exotic salsa based meals.
This wine comes from South Australia, and is a wonderful balance of Semillon and Chardonnay.
This is a new wine for my wife and I. Though we now have several bottles on hand at all times. It is not very complex and shows fruity/citrus flavors that are easily identified in the nose and palate.
I particularly enjoy very dry white's. This product enables me to bridge some of the gap between my desire for severely dry whites and my friends preferences for the more mellow ease offered by many Chardonnays.
One nice characteristic of this wine is that it is ready to drink today and does not require much time to breath....if any.
