Gosh you guys, I hate that you are so nice to me but thanks. I don't know what to do. I saw the rewards link and it is in travel which would be good for me, but I don't think I have enough rewards information, or do I do put it there. I am a little confused! If anyone wants to e-mail me and suggest that if I move it to rewards could I leave it as is and if not what would I have to do to it (remember numbers are not my thing!). Guess there goes my review of the platinum card and the website! jo

I have to concur with this, and hold my rating as well.

It is very helpful, and I would rather not stick on an off topic.

Great job Jo.com!

Thanks.

OK well I am not going to move it if the other alternative isn't right either. This sure looked right but I totally understand your rating/not rating. jo

AR is right, (Reply to this comment)

I chose not to rate this review because I found it VH for it's content but OT for placement. Arthur is right. The regular Gold card does not have the skymiles. Even the suggested alternate product is not 100% accurate as it is not the 'Gold' AE Delta Skymiles card. But it would be better than the current location.

Nice job Jo,
Ashok

In the review, you wrote: I have a Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card which took a bit of work to get..

So that's the category you should put the review in.

But don't mind me. I rate some reviews in the Writers' Corner Off Topic, as well.

huh? I finally review something in an area in which I'm not comfortable and it looks like it is in the wrong place. I can't even begin to figure out the difference. Is it the rewards angle? But the review is the Delta Sky Miles Gold Card which is the reward card??? whatever...this is step 5 in my 12 step recovery. jo

Arthur, this seems to be under the right category. Her review is focused around the American Express Gold customer service and credit card services. She didn't talk about the miles you would get when using the card. It seems that Delta offers the Skymiles Program through American Express Gold.

If you move it, I'll change my rating back to Very Helpful. Sorry I didn't notice it at first, but Off Topic is Off Topic.

Rack up the Miles! (Reply to this comment)
by Bryan_Carey
I accepted this offer from American Express for the same reason- to get the 10,000 bonus miles up front. Also, as part of my deal, the first year fee was waived, making it a no- brainer to take the offer. I might cancel after the year is up (unless they make another bonus offer), and switch to another frequent flyer credit card. I don't know if the $85 fee will be worth it, in the absence of the bonus. I don't really charge enough to justify the cost.
