heard of this card :) Sounds like a great way to get money back on something most all of us do, anyway. Now, with the ever-rising cost of gas, it makes even more sense.

The lack of customer service displayed by Citi-bank reps seems to be a common theme. If you are self-sufficient, or never have a problem, this may be worth looking into.
