Excellent. (Although I'm not sure why it took you almost 4 years to get around to it.)

You may E-mail the others who have rated the review to ask them to reconsider their rating, unless some of them have told you not to contact them.

As you suggested, I updated this review. It is now far more comprehensive and covers an additional Costco American Express offering.

distinguish this particular American Express card from the general line of American Express cards. If I recall correctly (from other reviews) this card gives you a rebate only on purchases at CostCo. Without that information (or a corrected version, if my statement is not correct) there is no way for a prospective card holder to determine whether this AmEx card or some other AmEx card would be best, even if the only purpose is to shop at CostCo.
