Pros: Minimum monthly payments are very low as long as you pay them.
Cons: Compared to the APR of other cards with similar features, it is way TOO HIGH!!!
The Bottom Line: Discover would be great if not for the remarkably high APR and the fact it can NOT be used just anywhere.

Although Discover card has given me a decent credit limit, I would have done much better sticking to good ol' Visa or Mastercard. When trying to purchase in stores, I found that about 60% of the time they did not accept Discover which made the whole transaction very inconvenient. Of course, the cashback rewards program helps keep the balance down somewhat, but with a whopping 21% average APR, the balance is continually rising and before you know what hits, you end up paying as much in interest charges as you did on your purchases. Not exactly my idea of Cashback Rewards! I can't say Discover is all bad, but if your looking for a convenient card to be used anywhere you go with a lot of online features I recommend Mastercard. It really is everywhere you want to be!
