I was 18 years old when I discovered this site called beenz.com. They had a special promotion running at the time of my discovery. The promotion was, sign up for a Discover Platinum card, and even if you're not approved, you'll still get 250 beenz. If you are approved, you get an additional 1000 beenz. So I said what the heck, I'll try it, nothing to lose, and WHOA! 1 week later I got a Discover Platinum card with a $5,000 spending limit! At 18, I was truly excited, seeing as my parents couldn't even get a card with such prestige.
The Discover Platinum card has excellent plans, and Discover has amazing customer service. I receive 0.0% APR for 1 full year, then my APR starts @ 14.9%, which is pretty low. Then, on balance transfers, the APR is only 5.9% for 6 months, then it rolls over to 0.0%! Not only that, I also receive 3% cash back on all purchases! Nothing beats this card!
The best thing is, I can manage my Discover account online. It's not an internet card, but I can still pay my bill right out of my checking account, and Discover has a great shopper tool, this new thing call DeskShop. Convenience, another great thing going for this card.
I've encountered no difficulties in using this card. Some say MOST places don't take Discover, but I've had no hard time charging $4,700 worth of merchandise. This is the 1st and last credit card I'll ever need, Apply today!
