Disapointment of DINERS CLUB Malaysia service

Pros: NOTHING AT ALL BESIDE YOU CAN GET NICE WAITING TONE, IS CLASSICAL MUSIC.
Cons: I NOT TRUST ON DINERS CLUB SERVICE.
The Bottom Line: NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT TRUST AT ALL.

I feel disappointed with the service that DINERS CLUB Malaysia provided. I don't understand they can simply give promise to their customer but can't make it at the end.
I apply for a DINERS CLUB MALAYSIA in the beginning of SEPTEMBER. After few weeks, my company plan to send me to JAPAN for 2 months. At that time, the first thing that came to my mind was may be I can get the DINERS CLUB card and used it in JAPAN. Then, I made my 1st to DINERS CLUB Malaysia on 28 SEPT. I told the operator of my purpose of calling. I wish to get my card before I travel to JAPAN. She reply me that my card in the process and she can send me the card first while waiting for the approval of my card. Then, I can activate my card from JAPAN when the card is approved. She said she will send me the on the following week and I will get it on 3~4 OCT 06.
Then, I wait till 4 OCT also haven't received anything from DINERS CLUB Malaysia. Then, I made the 2ND call to DINERS CLUB Malaysia. I told the same story again. But she said my card still under process and can't send to me before I travel on 10 OCT 06. I really angry that time because I feel like a fool to wait for a blank promise. Then, I off my line.
Later, a guy from DINERS CLUB Malaysia Marketing called me up. He apologize to me and said that my application was OK. And I should be able to pass get the approval. At taht time, I already made my mind to cancel the application. Then, I ask again whether they can send me the card by next 2 weeks or not. He said should be no problem. Since my colleague is going to JAPAN on 23 OCT 06, so I can ask my colleague to pass me the card. Then, I said I will wait for the card.
But, my colleague already in JAPAN now, the card still in DINERS CLUB Malaysia. Before my colleague, I did called agian. But I get back the same answer.After my colleague in JAPAN, I already stop calling DINERS CLUB Malaysia. I had made up my mind that not using DINERS CLUB card anymore. I didn't trust the company at all.
On 26 OCT 06, my housemate received a call from DINERS CLUB Malaysia. She also doing a wrong thing like me -- applied for DINERS CLUB card. Since we were using a same mailing address, the marketing people asking about me and the contact method. So, my housemate asked her to call back on the next day for my contact in JAPAN. This was because she also not very sure about my contact number in JAPAN. Then, she said OK. But, until today NO one called her!!
Today, 31 OCT 06, I called again to DINERS CLUB Malaysia from JAPAN. I wish to know the application status. The operator ask for my company address and billing address for confirmation. After providing her the info, I asked whether they can send me the card to JAPAN. They said can but need to charge me. This was fine to me. But then I ask her when will I expect to get the card. She reply me that I still need to wait until end of the month. So surprise!!! Then, I tell her the whole story of mine. Then, a scary answer I get. She said she try to speed up the process so that I can get the card earlier.
At the end, I cancel my application.
ADDITION, my housemate apply for CITIBANK credit card can get within 1 week. I think better CITIBANK have a clear cut with DINERS CLUB.
