The Diners Club Card has a 95.00 annual fee; its an extra 35.00 if you add an authorized user to the account. One thing thats great is Diners Club now uses the MasterCard logo for all U.S. cards. The Diners Club family of cards are accepted everywhere MasterCards are taken!
Diners Club has a great rewards program(1 point for every 1 dollar charged). The points "never" expire on this card & you can convert the points to "ANY" U.S. airlines rewards program. The points also can be redeemed for many other choices, like cash back, catalog items, and many many other choices. Its very similar to AMEX's point program, but its more flexible than AMEX in regards to transferring your points to other reward programs.
If you have a Diners Club "Carte Blanche Card", you pay an annual fee of 300.00. This card gives you access to Golf Courses across the USA & other benefits like foreign cash delivered to your house if you travel overseas etc.. This card is very similar to Platinum cards offered from other companies.
Over all, Diners Club had good customer service. They are prompt & always helpful. Also, keep in mind, this card is a "CHARGE CARD" & has to be paid in full each month (Like AMEX cards). They do have a program called "Club Plus" where you can carry a BAL each month & pay interest if you need to.
In closing, I would recommend this card, if you like to earn points that don't expire. Again, this card is taken everywhere mastercard is, so its can be your everyday card.
