Pros: Plenty of upscale service. Not drooling idiots at the 1 800 2 DINERS number.
Cons: There is a hefty fee for the card. And hard at times to find acceptance.

Hi there,
I have been a CitiBank Diner's Club card member since 1994. I have never had such a good experience with a credit card.
This card works much like "American Express" You charge items to your account. At the end of the month you pay the bill. BUT unlike AMEX, If you happen to be away on business when your payment would ordinarily be sent, you get an extra month! With NO finance charge, and NO nasty grams.
At the end of the year, Diner's Club sends you a statement, broken down by category, by month, and by year ALL of your charges. This is VERY handy when it comes time to see the accountant.
By the way, we all are business persons. Well EVERY business person likes to save money, right? Diners club helps you do that too. The "LeCard" program is a money saving program. Every 3 months or so (quarterly) Diners Club sends a booklet for all these restaurants that subscribe to the program. Take your client to any one of these, and it is 20% off to you! No embarrassing coupons or slip to sign! It is deducted from your monthly bill. Think of it this way, they just saved you the tip!
I've never had a bad experience with them. NEVER! Too bad I couldn't say that for American Express.
