American Express Optima Card that I carry has won me over.

I recently had to cancel a hotel reservation; I canceled it more than 2 weeks prior to arrival (24 hour cancellation required). The hotel billed my Optima Card anyway; needless to say I already had experienced the pitiful customer service that this hotel provides. So I decided to work with American Express instead.

I was treated to one of the best customer service experiences ever, polite, professional and took care of the situation with ONE call. They removed the hotel charge from my account, they explained to me that their merchants have standards that they MUST abide by. Somebody charges you for something you did not get or should not be charged for, American Express takes a no questions asked policy.

American Express Optima card is the American Impressed Optimal Card with me.
