Pros: convenient, reliable

Cons: credit costs money

I have had my Citibank credit card since I was 18. I have had only one mistake in 7 years, knock on wood, so I am relatively happy. My interest rate is low, customer service is very good and I have had no problems with the service I have received. I don't always pay my balance in full every month, but the minimum payment is very minimal. I would suggest this card to anyone in need. I do favor cash, because credit always costs money, but in the long run, you get a good deal with Citibank. I had a mix up with a payment and the check was returned to my home. After calling customer service, the $25 late fee was waived and the credit was made promptly.
