Pros: High credit limit, Good Intro APR, Customer Service, Outstanding website
Cons: Met one bad customer service rep. None other than that.
The Bottom Line: I can say, that I love to use my citibank card. If I ever apply for another card, its going to be one from the citibank family.

I have a Sony Card for college students from citibank. The application and approval process were a dream. I Just filled the online application form and was notified within 2 weeks. The glitch in the procedure is there wasn't an account activation procedure. I didn't certainly mind that. If my card was actually used up by someone who got hold of the mail, its a loss to CitiBank.
I signed up in the sony website www.sony.com/sonycard and got 1000 bonus sony points. In my first 6 months of use, I added 3000 more sony points. Pretty good. I Still have to go a long way to get a good PS2 system but I think that its nice. I carried a a balance on this card only once and was charged 1.50$ in finance charges. Thats ok.
I use this card for everything you can imagine. I sent an add on card to my sister who is currently pursuing studies overseas. They never dishonored her card. And when my sister actually had a cash advance, they were quick enough to call me whether I had authorized the charges. Now, thats what I call prompt actions. Also, I got a photo card for me free of charge. One internet merchant had my card number and credited my account. I couldn't contact them in any way (No lifting of the phone, No response to e-mails) Just explained the situation to customer service and they took care of crediting my account. I had a bad occassion with a service rep only once when I asked for a credit line increase. But, later, I was approved of the credit line I had asked for automatically within less than a week. :-) For account management online, check out the site www.accountonline.com It has the best features you can ever imagine.
