I have a Citibank Driver's Edge card. It allows me to get money back towards a car.
I have always had good luck with Citibank and I have had my card with them for 10 years. Their customer service is always available and I never have a long wait to get through. Their representatives are friendly and helpful.
The review your history and will up your limit if you qualify. You do not need to ask them for more money.
I do not pay a yearly fee to have their card. Their interest rate is high(about 19%) but that is because I am in the reward program.
Here is the bad part--they do not stop calling me. I get 7-10 phone calls a week from Citibank trying to sell me something. Either credit protection, another card with them, traveller's checks...You name it and they have called me trying to get me to buy it.
I like their service but I just wish my phone wouldn't ring so much.
