Citibank was one of the first companies to offer me a credit card when I first started college. They had a fairly reasonable APR, and only called me about once a week or every two weeks to offer me a new service, card protection, etc. When I decided I was tired of having credit card debt, this was the only card I didn't cancel. I called Citibank and spoke with a wonderful gentleman who worked with me to lower my APR, and gave me advice about making payments, and gave me his number and extension so that I could reach him personally if I had any questions or needed anything else.
I received spectacular service from Citibank, my only beef being occasional sales calls, and services charged to my card. I would highly recommend this card, over a card from Wells Fargo, or a few of the other banks. I've gotten spectacular service, and I like a company that's willing to work with you.
