We have used Citibank's Sony Card for almost two years now. It was one we did not close in the credit card game because of their excellent service. We have our account set up to be completely electronic. I don't receive statements or solicitations from them and I send them electronic payments whenever I choose. Their electronic services are superb. I was able to request a card with my new name on it, perform balance transfers, and request credit line increases without ever speaking to an operator. I can view my past statements and even items that will appear on a statement not yet in print.
The most impressive part is when you contact them via the site, you receive prompt service as opposed to the impersonal and annoyed response from the telephone operators. Specific to the Sony card are reward Sony points. Each purchase earns Sony points the way any other card earns points, but these can be redeemed at any time through a dedicated website for useful and desirable merchandise. The points are easily and quickly accumulated and being a platinum card, offers pretty competitive rates to boot.
