I have had a Citibank credit card for about 8 months now. I decided to get the Citibank card because I liked the idea of having 6 months interest free. I have not had a SINGLE problem with this card. I mail my payments in on time and my records are accurately documented. I also have never received a phone call from a telemarketer affiliated with Citibank trying to sell me some package (my husband's Visa company is the worst). I haven't had any problems at all so I've never had to deal with their customer service department. The only thing I would change is having an advertisement for some plan they offer when I call to inquire about my balance through their automated service...so as you can imagine, there really isn't much to complain about! I would recommend this card for those of you who are trying to re-establish your credit. Next time you get an offer in the mail and you are "shopping" around for a card, put this one on the top of the pile!
