The Bottom Line: I never realized how bad my last bank was until I switched.

When I got married I closed my account at Bank One (which was originally NBD when I joined) and opened a account with my husband at Fifth Third. I was told I would be getting my Debit-MasterCard within 7-10 days. After 12 days I called the customer service number and a very nice lady helped me to get my card.

I also had another problem with making a purchase with my card where I needed my daily limit raised. All it took was a call and it was done in 5 minutes.

Both times that I have called I have been helped by very helpful and friendly people.

I also always get my statements on time and can check my accounts anytime on their website.
