Fifth third is the best bank i have ever had my money at. The service is great. All of the tellers there are very knowing and could answer any question right away. If they can't then the manager is available and always has the answers. They are friendly and very polite.
Besides having great customer service, fifth third's products are the best. I recently refinanced my home and the had the best rate around. It was also done quickly. Their cd rates are a little low i thought but when mine came due and I shoped around for the best rate Fifth third was right near the top.
The only downside I thought was the fees if the account became overdrawn. After talking with my friends their banks all seemed to charge the same or more. I have a solution to these fees also. Don't overdraw your account. Balancing a checkbook is the easiest thing in the world. Anyone who is responsible should be able to do it. That solves get those fees.
