Pros: It's Visa. The statement is clear. The web service is actually quite decent.
Cons: Dreadful customer (dis)service
Expensive card, among the highest APRs
Arrogant company
The Bottom Line: You probably get better treatment elsewhere.

It is the fees that got me upset. Not so much that the fees are hidden (they are not), but that you require a magnifying glass, nay, a telescope, to spot them in the credit card agreement, or in any promotional material they send to you - which usually consists of " convenience " checks. What irks me more is that once you compute the fees into the promotional APR, the actual interest rate can easily double.
Needless to say, in spite of all the caution, I recently thought I got a special deal when I just could not find any mention of fees for using one of the " convenience " checks. So when I got the credit card statement the following billing cycle and I realized I had been charged additional fees, I promptly called the customer service. Very rude individuals, but they nevertheless confirmed that the (microscopically) fine print was deliberate!!!! Incidentally, the mentioning of these fees had been printed in barely visible ink in very small letters on the back of the checks, and customer service were very happy to send me a copy of the checks.
