I won't repeat the other First USA complaints that reviewers experienced - I will just say AMEN, you are all absolutely right.
I've seen poor customer service but this is one of the worst. We only wish we had joined the Class Action Law Suit against them.
(I didn't make the minimum number of words so I guess I'll rant. Be forewarned. . .)
The zero-balance account has been closed for months. I can't get their emails to stop coming. We can't get their statements to stop coming. The online customer service reps keep emailing the SAME, yes exactly the same, solution and then advising me to call an automated number. Right. I love sitting on the phone navigating through automated, steps that take forever and then being on hold. Ya know what I don't understand? If a company is going to be ONLINE, then BE ONLINE! Be able to do business by email. I signed up online - why can't I get OUT online?
It is only now that I appreciate our other BANK CARDS.
Don't get a FIRST USA CARD unless you enjoy ABUSE!
