Cons: poor service, high interest rates, unsolicited mail

these idiots charge too much interest as soon as they can; I had the card for a year & cancelled it; 5 years later, they still hang to my personal information & keep sending me offers to come back each week & haven't deleted my information inspite of asking them. Today, when I called again, the rep wanted my social :-@%$# to delete my info; when I refused to give it, she took my address & name, but said it'd take 7-90 days for the opt out to take effect. The unsolicited credit offers give a phone number that'll only help you apply for their card, but won't let you get to a representative
I'd recommend citibank; I've been with them for 8 yrs & you can talk to them about keeping your interest low, just make payments on time.
