First USA offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even the Customer Service managers are condescending and rude.

I had many problems with First USA's level of service, but the last straw was when my bill payment company accidentally sent my mortgage payment to my CLOSED First USA account. Despite the fact that the First USA account had been closed for over a year and had no remaining balance, the company cashed the $1200 check and refused to refund the money. It took a month of phone calls that escalated to legal threats to finally get my money back. Truly unbelievable.
