I had occasion to talk with a customer service person who alleged he was
"Jason" at the Austin call Center. He was a master of equivocation, and wanted me to believe that everyone above him in the Bank existed in PO Box in Wilmington Delaware. This "Jason" Told me that his boss was the CEO of the company. I was trying to get info on some actions they had taken with my Wife's account. They changed the rate on my wife's account less than a month after she was told the rate was a fixed 9.99 because the account was affiliated with NARFE (National Association of Retired Federal Employees) I could have had a more satisfying exchange with a Turnip. I have had a First USA card myself for 30 years and had almost no problems, I seldom use it!!
If you need a card avoid these folks at all costs!!
