Pros: none

Cons: process payments late, CSR help sucks, constantly pull credit ratings from bureaus, a great teaser interest rate, then find some poor ass excuse to raie it, I'm sticking to my Credit Union!

First USA has got to be the worst credit card services. Their customer service operators are rude and have no knowledge of their company, only what they read on their screen. First USA is the sole credit card that is responsible for placing Bank One in financial shambles. They hired an outside company to process their payment process and the consumer ends up with a higher interest rate because they do not process payments on time. If you do call customer service, you may talk to a CSR in Texas, Florida, Arizona, anywhere in the country. Each time you call it is a new adventure in low paid CSR. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company. You are better off taking a loan from the Mob! They charge lower rates and give you better service!
