Pros: give credit to those people who can't get it because of past bad credit
Cons: interest rates are high, customer service is bad, fees are too high!
The Bottom Line: Good for starting a new credit history. Bad for service, credit limits. Hits you hard with tons of fees.

| bd073060's Full Review: Aria Visa Card (Providian Bank) |
My husband and I needed to jumpstart our credit. We applied online for the Aria card and were approved. With a small credit limit and alot of fees. These fees are horrible and it eats up the small amount of credit you get very quickly. Beware! If you check your balance by phone then go use that amount the next time you see your statement you will have a $25.00 overlimit fee tacked on. If you can't trust the balance your given then you can't ever make any charges. Not to mention that they (Aria) charge you that fee even if your interest for the month makes you go over your limit. And there is also an $89.00 annual fee. My thoughts on this are if you get this card you've been forewarned about the fees and the fact that you'll never have any credit available if you only pay the minimum payment due. Search out a better deal if you can find one....Good Luck!
