USAA provides the best credit card I have ever had! I have had this card for years and I have used it religiously. When I first received the card, the APR was an amazing 11.4%! Unfortunately, with Greenspan and the Fed raising interest rates, the APR has increased to a less competitive 13.7%. However, combined with EaglePoints which allow you to obtain a 1% cash back bonus or free flight, this is still excellent! 25,000 miles will get you a free flight anywhere in the continental US priced less than $450 or it will get you a $250 credit on your next statement!

I have never had any mischarges posted to my account and even the rare times where I sent payment late, they never posted a late fee! On one of my other credit cards, payment ARRIVED one day late and they posted a $29 late fee (outrageous if you ask me.)

The most exceptional feature about USAA though is the excellent, top notch customer service. I recently had a dispute with Ubid over a faulty computer that they sent me. I tried and tried to return it to no avail. So I opened a dispute with USAA, and a few weeks later a representative got me on the phone and then called Ubid and argued my case! In the end, Ubid decided to let me return it as a "one-time courtesy" after the USAA representative mentioned that they would proceed with a charge-back!

What more can you ask for in a credit card than great customer service, low interest rates, and a frequent-flier program!?
