Pros: None
Cons: Neway is Ameridebt
The Bottom Line: Neway is AmeriDebt. AmeriDebt takes your first payment as a voluntary "contribution" (even though you didn't know you were making a contribution), takes excess fees, and doesn't come through.

Take a look at

In short, Ameridebt takes your first payment as a "contribution," skims a large percentage of your monthly payment, and still owes me the money they took from me and didn't pay the creditors. Working through the attorneys general and the BBB didn't help.
Today, I clicked a link for a new company called Neway. But Neway is Ameridebt, and here's how I know.
1. Both Neway's and Ameridebt's web sites are, word-for-word, nearly the same (with the exception of the company name, of course).
2. Both companies have a payment address of 12850 Middlebrook Road; Germantown, MD 20874.
3. AmeriDebt enjoys a very poor reputation with the BBB. Only the Neway site has a BBB logo on it -- it's pretty clear the motivation for starting a "new company," to get away from the reputation of the old company.
One striking thing about both web sites is that the service costs are no longer disclosed anywhere (that I could find) on the site. This makes it more likely the innocent person will sign up and become a victim of their scheme as I was.
My advice: stay away and tell your friends to stay away.
