Pros: Well formatted report.
Cons: Terrible customer service and frequent errors in the nicely formatted report.
The Bottom Line: Unfortunately you can't avoid them. They hold your credit history in their hands. The best you can do is file a complaint with your state or federal consumer advocates.

| ajwhipple's Full Review: Experian/TRW |
I would like to congratulate Experian for designing a completely impenetrable telephone system. No matter how I tried, I could not actually get a live person to answer my questions. I even tried another 800 number but I was quickly thwarted in my attempt at getting good customer service.
I was finally forced to dial the local office (at my expense) to ask why the credit investigation that was supposed to be completed in 30 days was 4 months overdue. I was at least expecting an apology followed by a promise to expedite the investigation. But no! Even the live customer service agents are trained to provide the worst customer service in the most indifferent manner possible. I was forced to re-file the investigation request over the phone and told to wait another 30 days!
Much to my dismay, I was forced off the phone before I secured an investigation report number. Did I just get screwed again? Only the evil mastermind at Experian knows for sure.
