CitiBank Loses Payments

Cons: puts your payments in someone elses accounts and loses your paynment alot!

Our first home was financed through Citibank. Oh brother!!!!!! In the 10 years we had the loan they lost our payment 10 times! And of course they tried to accuse us of not remitting the payment. 10 times I proved them wrong. They posted our payment two different times on someone else's account also. Now we are in Alexandria,Louisiana and they are In Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That is a 2 2/1 hour drive. I was able to get it fixed once on the phone,but the last time I had to drive to Baton Rouge. Needless to say I had a major attitude when I got there. Oh I was nice when I went into the office but that flew right out the window when the long neck lady with ugly teeth turned her nose up into the air and said"Oh everybody accuses us of that when they havent paid their note." Well I told her that I wanted to talk to the president of the office and that if she didnt get her nose out of the air I was gonna help her bring it down. My problem was taking care of before I left that office. When we paid the loan off 1 year early I might add, they sent us a form to borrow more money. It went into the garbage!
