Citibank Online- Can I please see my balance already!

OKay, I know I gave Citibank a favorable rating a while bank and they're still a great bank, but omigod their website just stinks! When I first joined Citibank and I then registered online so I can have access to my bank accounts, I had a little bit of trouble navigating it but a very friendly customer service rep helped me out and I was all set!
A couple of months later, one day out of the blue, it didn't work! I went to the citibank online site and they had updated it but then they did something to it so that when I logged on to it, I couldn't find my accounts! It was very annoying and frustrating, let me tell you. So I called up their customer service, which I must say IS very friendly and helpful and she said that they did some upgrading with the Direct Access feature and I don't know what, but she gave me the link that would let me check my accounts, but not all the lovely stock quotes on the site which is unfortunate but I'll deal- I can always do that somewhere else. Of course, now this new link is impossible to memorize and I have to save it on my bookmarks to get to it. I just pray they don't do something else to it! I just want to be able to check my balances whenever I want without any annoyances.
Hide go seek can be fun... but now with my money!
