Don't ever make the mistake of overdrafting at keybank. I did by $4.23. They charged me an overdraft charge of $29.50. Then excess overdraft/return item service charge $4.50. Then recurring overdraft service charge of $27.50. Some of the other monthly fees are:
Maintenance service charge $3.50
Key bill pay monthly service charge $5.95
Regional pin purchase fee $2.25
They have also charged me this month for:
Branch deposit fee $2.00 (they charged me to deposit money)
Excess automated telephone inquiry charge $3.75
You have to qualify for overdraft protection-which I didn't
You have to qualify for a savings acct.-which I didn't.
Their main goal is to make money off of the customers. Nothing else.
I am closing my acct.
