I have been a customer of TCF for about 7 years now and overall I am pretty satisfied. They offer you free checking (of which you can gain interest on), CDs and other savings plans, and pretty much every thing you could ask for in a bank. In every TCF bank I have been in (and thats quite a few) I have always recieved the best customer service that you could ask for. The tellers were helpful with any question that I had and if they didnt know the answer they found it quickly for me. Another perk is that they just started a Calling Card deal where if you use your TCF cash card to make purchases you recieve free minutes to use on a calling card.
The only problem I have with TCF is that their cash machines are not very dispersed. Maybe its just the town that I live in but it is very hard to find a TCF Express Teller to go to. So since I can not find one or have to go out of my way to use one I end up getting charged extra costs to take out money. That is the only thing that I think TCF could definately improve on to keep customers happy.
