I've been a member of this bank for six years now, and their service has been impeccable. I'm constantly amazed that their service reps are never cross. I've never had an unhappy or rude person answer the phone when I called for help.
This bank is also a good way to keep a nice credit rating. They are more lenient than other banks, and so it's possible to bounce a check without running with bad credit for the rest of your life. I also recommend overdraft protection, and this has saved me a number of times.
In my years of service from them, only two complaints. As they are based in TX, I have to mail checks into them. This takes a lot of time, and often leads to my account gyrating up and down. Also, it seems nearly impossible to get a credit report. I've tried numerous times, and I am referred to other, obscure companies.
Overall, their service is excellent, and I intend to use them for a long time into the future.
